TPMS sensors measure tire
pressure and transmit the data via Radio Frequency waves to
the vehicle's ECU (on-board computer). On some vehicles, TPMS
sensors also measure temperature. Each replacement sensor is
specific to vehicle make, model and year application.
Schrader replacement sensors
are made to fit specific
applications based on
vehicle make, model and
year. Ceco currently offers
48 replacement sensors for
OEM applications. Additional
sensors will be added as
they become available.
CAUTION: When installing new sensors, use new
valve cap, valve core, grommet and nut. Always tighten nut to
OE specified torque. Always use new nickel-plated electroless
valve core with aluminum valve stems.
